Cancellation Policy – Ghadzi

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at support@ghadzi.com

  • Provide your Order ID and registered details

  • Our team will confirm the cancellation status

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • However, you may refuse delivery and request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled successfully, the full amount will be refunded

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges

  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restriction or blocking of COD facility

6. Cancellation by Ghadzi

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
