1. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

    • Orders are shipped via leading courier partners ( Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.).
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • During high-demand periods (sales or festive seasons), processing time may be slightly extended.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery within India: 5–7 business days

  • Remote areas may take longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.  You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

If you experience any delays, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address is incorrect, delivery may fail and extra charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos as proof
